Girl Baby

Well, as promised, here is the wee onsie I made for a girl baby. As you can see the possibilities are endless with these things. You could use patterned paper for the main body or the trim and any number of stamp sets could be used for decorations.
Now a wonderful blog reader sent through to me the link of the blog where I saw this great idea ( thanks Stevie :-) ). You can go here to Lauren Meader's blog for a full tutorial on how to make these cute onsies. If you make any, I would love you to share them with me by sending a link in a comment.

SUPPLIES:

STAMPS: Time Well Spent (Hostess), Greetings Galore

CARD: Pale Plum, Very Vanilla

INK: Pale Plum, Basic Black, Markers

ACCESSORIES: Scallop Punch, 1 3/8 Circle Punch, Vintage Brads

Until next time...

EDIT: I seem to be having a problem with the link to Lauren's blog so if you go here:
laurenm.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/2008/02/05/create-your-own-onesie-card-tutorial-and-important-note-please-read/

you should be able to see the cool tutorial. :-)

New Baby!

No, not mine!! :-) My niece Amy had her third son back in April and so of course I needed to make a card to welcome him into the world. I saw these cute 'onsies' cards on someones blog (so sorry I can't remember where I saw them. I will credit you once I locate the card again - promise.), and thought that it would be perfect!
They are surprisingly easy to make and very effective I think.

STAMPS: Greetings Galore

PAPER: Bashful Blue, Whisper White

INK: Stazon, Brocade Blue

ACCESSORIES: Stampin' Pastels, Blender Pens, Soft Subtles Brads, Scallop Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch

I will show you the one I made for a girl baby tomorrow.

Until next time...
